Due to a record number of returning band members and talented new auditionees, the 2008 WVU Marching Band is currently over capacity! With the very limited POSSIBLE exceptions of a couple of brass openings (primarily TUBA, TROMBONE or MELLOPHONE spots), any interested woodwind or brass players who have not yet auditioned for the band are still welcome to contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , but please be aware that there are currently NO AVAILABLE SPOTS REMAINING for the 2008 season at this time and they will be placed on our "wait list" until a spot might open as the season draws closer.

Once the Returning Vet and Uniform cards are returned in mid-July from our current membership roster, if any spots open up, they will be filled by qualified auditionees in the open section in order of their audition.
